Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items from our wilderness collection cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bushcraft Knives (Fixed Blade and Custom Knives)
- Bushcraft Axe Range
- Bushcraft Folding Saws
- Fire Starter Kits that show any signs of use
- First Aid kits with broken seals

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

- Return shipping address

Step 3: Pack and Ship Your Return
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories. Ship to the provided address using a trackable method. We recommend insuring your return package.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
For our global adventurers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
